What if we could personalise EVERY presentation based on the PERSONALITY TYPE of the presenter? So that everyone (regardless of age, title or experience) could tell a brilliant story and connect with their audience?

I’ve never dropped anything quite like this on Linkedin before, but I’ve currently got COVID and my head isn’t quite with it, so let’s see what happens…

I spent yesterday putting some thoughts onto a few slides, based upon the research I’ve been doing over the last 12 months.

It ended up being more than a few slides! 🤯

It’s 52 slides (15,000 words) that propose a better way of storytelling, which I think could be a game-changer… 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m on a mission to try and help business leaders to tell better stories – especially introverts who are a bit nervous about being in the spotlight, or who who lack confidence and think they’re not natural storytellers.

I think EVERYONE should be able to tell a GREAT business story – but perhaps we just haven’t done a good enough job of supporting them with the right tools and techniques at work?

Maybe that’s one reason why it’s often the most senior person in the room who gives the presentation?

So what can we do about it?

This document is a bit of fun but it’s got a serious message.

I’m only thinking out loud to spark a conversation, so I’d love to know what you think…

It’s also a bit of a masterclass in personality-types and science-based storytelling, so maybe you’ll find it interesting and learn some stuff – especially pages 28-32.

And there are some great memes! 🤣

So grab a drink and get comfy. ☕️🍩

You might be here a while…
